Baltic Analog Lab invites you to a performance evening with our two resident artists of the SPECTRAL/Expanding North project - Marek Waldemar Pluciennik from Finland and Başak Günak from Turkey, who are participating in our residency this October.

During the residency Başak worked with our other resident - Marek, experimenting with the sonic possibilities of Marek's film projector and film, using the optical sound of the projector, as well as its errors. Meanwhile Marek was working in the residency improving his 35mm film projector working with LED light and its strobing capabilities, both filming on 35mm film, developing and duplicating it, as well as projecting on his hand-cranked 35mm film projector.
